GLS Capital announced that firm co-founders and Managing Directors Adam Gill and Jamison Lynch, and firm Principal Joel Merkin have been recognized in the 2024 edition of IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists.

The annual IAM Strategy 300 guide identifies individuals from diverse entities, including service providers, corporations, research institutions, and universities, “who are leading the way in the development and implementation of strategies that maximize the value of IP portfolios,” according to IAM (Intellectual Asset Management magazine), which is a leading source of worldwide news, analysis and data on the management of intellectual property as a key business asset.
IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists honorees are identified through confidential nominations online. Recognized individuals must have been nominated by at least three people from outside of their organization. The comprehensive research process also involves face-to-face and telephone interviews and other communications with senior members of the global IP community.
