GLS Capital is pleased to join ICC FraudNet as a Strategic Partner, bringing its litigation finance experience to a global network focused on fraud, international asset tracing, and asset recovery.
Founded in 2004 in collaboration with ICC Commercial Crime Services, ICC FraudNet is an invitation-only network of lawyers with experience in complex, cross-border recovery matters. Its members work across jurisdictions to help victims and creditors identify, preserve, and recover assets. The network also brings together strategic partners with expertise that can support those efforts.
Asset recovery can require substantial resources before any recovery is realized. Depending on the matter, counsel may need to coordinate investigations, forensic analysis, court proceedings, and enforcement efforts in several jurisdictions. Funding can help claimants and law firms pursue viable recoveries while managing the cost and risk.
GLS evaluates opportunities involving asset tracing and international judgment enforcement, as well as other complex commercial disputes. As a Strategic Partner, GLS looks forward to engaging with ICC FraudNet’s members on matters where financing may help move a recovery strategy forward.
GLS Managing Director Jeffery Lula spoke about litigation funding and asset recovery at ICC FraudNet’s conference in Copenhagen, Denmark, October 1–3, 2026.
To discuss an asset recovery or judgment enforcement opportunity that may need funding, please contact David Spiegel or Jeffery Lula.
